Car in the XWrap Valencia bay while a quote is being worked out

Prices and quotes at XWrap Valencia

We do not publish a single price per service, because there is no such thing: the same job costs differently on a small hatchback and on an SUV, and it changes with the state of the paint and with how many parts have to come off. What we can explain is exactly what goes into each quote and what moves it up or down.

  • Fixed quote before we start
  • Free assessment from photos
  • No surprise charges

How a quote works at XWrap

The aim is that you know the final price before you leave the car, not after you collect it.

1. You tell us about the car

Make, model, year and what you would like done. With a few photos of the bodywork in daylight we can give you a realistic range the same day, without you leaving the house.

2. We settle the price at the workshop

Before starting we look the vehicle over in person: state of the clearcoat, previous damage, resprayed panels and what can be taken off. That is where the range becomes a fixed quote.

3. Anything that turns up later is discussed first

If stripping the car down reveals something that changes the job — a panel with filler in it, a handle that cannot be removed safely — we stop and call you. No amount is ever added without your agreement.

4. What is always included

  • Surface preparation: washing and degreasing
  • Material and consumables
  • Labour and time in the bay
  • Final check of edges and joins
  • Maintenance explained at handover
  • A written warranty on the work

Car wrapping

The price of wrapping a car depends mostly on three things: how much surface there is, what shape it is, and how many parts come off so the edges can be finished on the inside.

What moves the price of a wrap

  • Size and shape of the body
  • Finish chosen: gloss, matte, satin, chameleon or chrome

  • Any previous vinyl or adhesive residue
  • Areas of complex curvature that need more stretching

PPF, paint protection film

PPF is quoted as a fixed package. The difference between one and another is how much surface is covered, not the quality of the material or of the installation.

What moves the price of a PPF job

  • The coverage package chosen
  • Size of the car and the real area of each panel
  • Complexity of the bumpers and light units
  • Clear, matte or coloured film
  • State of the paint and how much correction it needs first
  • Parts to be removed so the film can tuck in behind

Detailing and ceramic coating

With polishing and ceramic the cost is working time. A new car needs light preparation; one with years of roller washes can take days of correction before anything is applied.

I contacted Xwrap to apply a dark vinyl wrap to protect my rims and give them a more aggressive look. They gave me excellent advice and did a top-notch job. I highly recommend them; they are very professional.

En Xwrap me abrieron un hueco para realizar un trabajo de vinilado en mi coche (cambio de color del parachoques). Quedó estupendo, buen trato, varias maneras de pagar y eso que me retrasé en la recogida. ¡Los recomiendo!

Very satisfied with the service. Full wrap in Avery Dennison satin black vinyl on my BMW X5, impeccable result. Deadline met, meticulous work, attentive team. I came all the way from France specifically for this and it was definitely worth the trip. I recommend them without hesitation. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A very thorough and high-quality job on the entire car: PPF, polishing, ceramic coating, wheels... and especially the vinyl wrap during the Chrome Delete service. Very happy with the result and the service.

Frequently asked questions about prices

Why do you not publish a fixed price list?

Because it would be false. The same service on a small hatchback and on an SUV with complicated bumpers takes neither the same material nor the same hours. We would rather explain the factors and give a fixed price on the actual car.

Is there a charge for a quote?

No. The assessment from photos and the check at the workshop are free and carry no obligation.

Can the price change once the work has started?

Only if something turns up that was not visible when we assessed it, such as filler under the paint or a part that cannot be removed safely. In that case we stop, explain it, and you decide before we carry on.

How much do vinyl finishes differ in price?

Quite a lot. A gloss solid colour is the starting point; matte, satin, chameleon and chrome all go up, both because the material costs more and because they are less forgiving of a mistake during installation.

Is wrapping cheaper than painting?

Usually yes, and it is reversible as well: the factory paint is preserved underneath, and that is what holds the car's resale value. Painting makes sense when the panel is already damaged.

Do you do a special price for fleets or for several services?

When services are combined in the same visit, part of the preparation is shared and is not charged twice. On fleets, the design is prepared once and reused.

How can I pay?

We accept cash and card. The amounts and the timing are set out in the quote before we start.

Wrapping and PPF prices in Valencia: how we work them out

It is the first question that arrives on WhatsApp, and the honest answer starts with another question: which car? The surface of a three-door hatchback and that of a large SUV differ by several metres of film, and the shapes count too: a bumper with a lot of edges takes more time to stretch and wastes more material in the offcuts.

The second factor is the finish. A gloss solid colour is the simplest case. Matte and satin forgive neither a fingerprint nor too much heat, chameleons change shade with the angle and force the film to be laid the same way on every panel, and chrome is the most expensive material and the most delicate to install. That difference in difficulty turns into hours in the bay.

The third is the strip-down. A wrap that finishes its edges on the inside means removing handles, trims, light units and sometimes bumpers. It is what separates a job that lasts years from one where the edges start lifting in the first winter, and it is also where much of the time goes.

That is why we work with ranges rather than price lists. Send us a few photos of the car in daylight and we will tell you which band your case falls into; if that works for you, we meet at the workshop and settle the final price before touching anything.
